Download Sims 3 Base game

Question

Hi 🙂I bought the Sims 3 base game together with some expansion packs. While there is the downloading icon available for the expansion packs, it isn't for the base game. When trying to launch the base game on Origin, the Origin windows get small and the Sims icon appears in the tab but then vanishes and the Origin window is back. So I'm a bit desperate, how I can download the base game in order to play it.Thank you a lot in advance! 🙂

@SweetloveCH&nbsp; Are you trying to play the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Sims 3?&nbsp; The latter would say 64-bit on its cover:

Please also let me know the full specs of your Mac: everything under About This Mac including the operating system and except for the serial number.
