Good afternoon, I have tried to download The Sims 3 game that I had previously purchased on my MacBook Air with an update in Sonoma and it appears that it is only available on Windows. What can I do to be able to download it?
MXS09208053LN You'll need to contact EA customer support and ask an EA customer support rep to add the "entitlements," as they're called, for the 64-bit Mac versions of your base game and packs. If the support rep doesn't understand what you need, feel free to link them these threads:
