Download Won't Download

Is it just Dragon Valley ? Have you tried something else ?
What country are you in (which local are you downloading from) ?
Are you downloading from your purchase history or the Dragon Valley page ?
So far, yeah, I'm only having trouble with Dragon Valley. I've tried the troubleshooting process and it just stops working right in the middle of it. I can't even get to Step 3.
I'm in the US, trying to download it from thesims3.com. I bought it and went into my Purchase History and clicked download. It'll say that it's downloading into The Sims 3 Launcher, but then the download into the launcher, not even installing into the game itself, has just cut out and it won't finish. I've tried multiple times, daily since I bought it three days ago, and it still doesn't work.
I also bought Hidden Springs today on the CD, to try it out... That didn't work either.

On December 31st, 2013, I bought The Sims 3: Dragon Valley off of Origin and tried to download it from thesims3.com into The Sims 3 Launcher so that I could install it into the game. Well, every day I try multiple times and I still get the same thing:
"There was an error while downloading the content. Please see the Log for more details."
So when I go to the Log, I get this:

Both Hidden Springs and Dragon Valley do the same thing (I bought Hidden Springs yesterday, January 2nd, 2014). I tried calling into EA for technical support, but they're still closed, due to the holiday season. Could someone please help me? I've been waiting three days for someone to offer up a solution and I'm still stuck here, frustrated that I spent so much money and haven't got anything to show for it.

Open the launcher and check the number in the lower left cornerPost the entire number.
Also, did you state your OS yet ?

The log shows the error I posted above. I actually got Hidden Springs to work by deleting everything in my cache and restarting, but Dragon Valley still doesn't work.
My base game version is 1.62.153.024001. I updated it when I bought Dragon Valley. I'm also using Windows 7.
