when I download custom content from the exchange, I get part of the download but miss some of the EP content, which seems to be missing. I have bought both the SIMS3 and the SIMS Supernatural and successfully loaded them.
can you link me one of the sims your trying to download so i can have a look as it maybe you do not have the expansion pack /stuff pack that that sim was created with
I don't know how to link. I am not very computer savvy. I am pretty sure that I am missing some expansion packs, but I can't detect which expansion packs I need when I download from the Exchange. All it says when I download is that some EP content is missing and will be replaced with proxies, even when I download from the Supernatural site of the exchange advanced SIMS. I do have the Supernatural EP downloaded successfully on my computer.
Also, I assume that EP means Expansion Pack.

the replace with proxies is say an outfit for example is one you don't have the game replaces it with one you do have from an expansion pack or stuff pack more often than not it's replaced with your base game it may be possiable too that the sim your trying to download may have 3rd party CC
