downloaded store content won't install
all my sims 3 games are freshly installed on a new computer and when i went to install the downloaded store content it thinks about it then it stops and nothing happens.

78742412 Please run the Super Patch to manually patch the game to 1.67. While 1.62 is new enough to be mostly the same, it's simpler to troubleshoot on a fully-patched game, and the last patches did fix a few issues, although nothing related to the Store as far as I can tell. Some browsers block the download because the URL starts with http and not https, but you can see it points directly to EA servers, so it's safe. Firefox will download it if you allow it manually.
For the Store content itself, once you're on patch 1.67, please try installing an item into a clean user folder. Move or rename the existing folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, download a fresh copy of one item, and try to install it. If that doesn't work, please let me know what antivirus you use, and whether OneDrive is running on this computer, even if you never deliberately use it.
