Downloading causing crash
I have lots of purchased content from store for. sims 3 but when I try to download it - the game launcher crashes as soon as i click on downloads - how can i get all my purchased content into my game?

Ashleigh_2291 Do you have a Mac? If so, this is a Known Issue:

The only workaround is to use the Downloads Dashboard at the Main Menu to download your Store content. This works for some players but not everyone.
If you have a Windows PC, let me know.
