downloading riverview for sims 3

Hi i downloaded riverview on my old computer, but that computer broke now i am trying to download it to my new comuter and it doesnt work can anyone tell me why please im not a wizz on computers but i know the basics and cant see why this would not work thanks

    i dont know what that menas haha i am hopeless i just tried downloading from the normal riverview page haha

    ok i found that but still no go it just comes up in sims console with the res circle with line through it

    Just a guess but did you create a new account? You need an account on thesims3.com with one game registered to download.

    i have an account lol thats how i downloaded it before i found purchase history but still wont let me download

    There's a log which can be found in documents/electronicarts/thesims3 and is called Sims3LauncherLogFile.log
