Dragon Valley - Black armored Dragon???

I recently purchased dragon valley and the renaissance faire. However, none of my dragon eggs are turning into black dragons (which are supposed to be unlocked if you purchase both). I dont understand why. Help!!!

you have to talk to the egg about plot against enemies or essentialism <--i may have spelt that one wrong to get the black dragon depending on what you talk to the egg about will give you the different color dragons
