sparkles8595 It sounds like you signed into a different account than the one that originally owned your content. Even if you think that's not the case, it's worth asking EA customer support to take another look, especially since you have some codes that the other account may have used.
Ask the support rep to look up those codes, and if necessary, provide proof that the codes belong to you and therefore the account does as well. To be clear, simply having the codes may not be enough to recover the account, but it can help, especially combined with other details you may remember.

I will definitely ask them to look, but unfortunately I have only ever had one account. I have recovered four out of my six packs, so it isn't a total loss if they can't help me! I never understood why everything I had on origin EXCEPT sims 3 expansions transferred over. Even the base game transferred. I have since given up on those old sims 3 disappearances since that happened, and now I am more concerned about dragon valley not working as I have purchased that since the switch.
