Dragon Valley world purchase

Question

I bought the Dragon Valley world through the EA app which appeared to be a huge mistake! I was unable to download it into my game as the code kept saying it had already been redeemed. EA Help eventually helped to get me a refund on the purchase and recommended I purchase the world from the Sims website rather than the EA App. When I looked into this the Sims 3 store website redirected me to the EA website to purchase so I am sort of wondering if anyone knows if I will just run into the same issue or if I will actually be able to redeem the code and play the world.

If it is important I am playing on a Mac and have other worlds downloaded into my game.

If you buy the world from here, and you register the product code on the Sims 3 Store site, you should be fine.&nbsp; However, since you're playing on a Mac, please be aware that the launcher can't install Store worlds in the newest versions of macOS.&nbsp; Maybe you know already, but I wanted to mention that in case your other installed worlds predated an OS update.&nbsp; Here's the master thread:
