EA App says games are uninstalled, Help service is no help
The EA App shows my game(s) are uninstalled, even though I installed them last week. This first happened a month ago, I uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm having the same problem again. I have done everything I could find online and think of myself to fix it. Hovering over the desktop icon will show you where it is installed, but the EA App keeps saying I don't have access and that it's uninstalled. I don't know what else I can possibly do.
I tried for three weeks over email to get help from EA for this problem and they just kept telling me to use the chat function. I can't because the chat service is either missing or won't let me finish the form to open a chat window every time I've tried (including in different browsers, on different days, at different times, and even on my phone; I've tried everything). My help emails got stuck in a loop of verifying my identity and then the help service sending me directions for how to use chat over and over again without ever addressing my problem.
Is there anything I can do to fix this? Because if I can't play my games, I'd rather have the hundreds of dollars I've spent on them over the years refunded. I'm all out of ideas and unable to get any help from EA Help.
