EA App says I don't own any packs I bought previously
I went back to download Sims 3 to play. The base game downloaded but when when I went to add-ons to download my expansion and stuff packs it's saying I don't own any and I have to buy. I bought a ton of disc versions when they were still being released and had no issues downloading these packs up to a few months ago but now it's saying I have to purchase them. I don't understand why it's doing this. I need this resolved.

This sounds like you're currently logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased or redeemed your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.
