@JoaquimAurelio A pack won't appear in the launcher until it's installed. Please try downloading that pack from the EA App; if it doesn't show as owned or you don't see a Download button (I can't really tell what I'm looking at in the first screenshot), clear the EA App's cache and try again.

For now, it's best to use the EA App rather than Origin, which is itself refusing to download Sims 3 content at the moment.

@JoaquimAurelio Just checking, but does the pack appear in your Origin game library after you've cleared Origin's cache? (This is a separate process from clearing the EA App's cache.) Even if Origin won't actually download the pack, that would at least let you know that it registered your ownership.
I’m not using Origin these days due to an error when downloading The Sims 3 base or any add-on, but it’s appearing as purchased, and in my ts3 community page too!

The download issue for Origin should be now resolved, could you try clearing the cache again for the EA App and let me know if that expansion still isn't showing for you please?
