EA Live Chat isn't working!!!

Question

So i need help with a launcher problem regarding corrupt custom content on The SIms 3. It's not like a normal case when i searched online. I tried to contact the EA game advisors but when i press Complete Request, it says that there are no channels available. I went on a another game which i didn't have a problem with and it was working perfectly fine. It was working a few days ago when i used it but the day after, the same message popped up and it's been like that for nearly a week. is the live chat down of The Sims 3 or something? Or did they permanently shut it down?&nbsp;

There are currently some channels where availability of contact methods are displayed incorrectly. I suggest you try another type of issue from the drop-down menu to get in touch with an advisor, to bypass this momentary issue. 🙂
