I've been trying to make an equus account for such a long time its ridicules here see how it goes
I am making an account(real email,non offensive username and/or name)
I read their recent post with the email problem once again
their method isn't working
I try logging in
I find out that my account doesn't exist
what can I do I tried the forgot my password way not working I tried contacting them couldn't find any way to do so

I'm not really sure what an Equus account is. Is this a game problem? If so, what game?
thanks for replying its not exactly a game problem its more like as an outer source that has to do with the game ex. equus sims
since it has to do with the sims I can't tell if theres a better place to post this question/problem I believe its allowed I ve seen many players posting even I could not fix my problem using these questions
@Equesimmer oh okay, I'm not really sure. Maybe they have forums where you can ask?
If it's some third party product / site, we won't be able to help you here as AHQ is an official site and EA does not officially support mods / third party content.
