Error 12, 13 or 16 - hardware/software upgrades

Hi, I have been in here before with these same errors and problems and I've been given plenty of suggestions: moving my files, deleting corrupted saves, installing through origin and whatnot! but non...

    To be honest ? I would get a new computer. You're better off.

    There's much I would upgrade

    • Windows 7 64 bit instead of 32 bit (if still possible, otherwise Windows 8 64 bit)
    • At least an extra 4 GB of RAM
    • Processor is also rather old. I would go with a i5 or i7. 
    • Could also be that you would need a new power supply so if you want to upgrade, you need someone to help you make sure everything works together.
    • Never heard of that graphic card but it has very little memory. Seems to be a chip rather, actually.

The video driver is way out of date. SiS (Silicon Integrated Systems) is still in business but I think I think they withdrew from the chipsets they are known for. Sis had some video chips in their chipsets but the video chips are not being supported very well.
