Error: 327682:0 for the 64bit sims 3 install issue

@aodoherty  There is actually a separate entry in Origin for the 64-bit version of Sims 3, at least when it's in your game library.  If you only see one version and it doesn't say 64-bit, that's the old 32-bit version.

Some people still don't see the 64-bit version in their game libraries, for whatever reason.  If it 's not fixed in a couple days, contact EA customer support to ask for help.

Yes I got this from live chat and tried to install but it keeps saying that error. I tried to redeem and it says that this code is being used already.

@aodoherty  The one you see is the 32-bit version.  The grants for the 64-bit version are lagging behind somewhat, so you might not see it for a couple more days.  Here's a more detailed post on the subject:
