Is the site down for maintenance? I need to re-download the DLC because I got a whole new PC. I have the files saved on an external drive (along with the entire folder for The Sims 3), but I read those can't be used because of copyright. Anyone know when the site will be up and running again?
i'm trying to access the website store the sims 3 but the site is crashing. is someone have the same problem?
Hi I'm not really sure how to use this platform but I'm trying to download my purchases from the sims 3 store and when I try to load the site it says 'currently unable to handle this request; error code 503' so I was just wondering if it is just me or how long it is going to be down for. It's been a few hours already. Thanks
@Dija1994 @eitalasc0u and @Bubbles6340 What browser are you using, and does the Store work through a different one? I tried Firefox just now, and the site loaded fine. If you happen to use a VPN, try disabling that too.
It's okay. I can access it now. I was able to download all of my DLC, and even buy SimPoints to purchase more. I contacted support. I don't know if the agent did anything, but after that, the store worked fine.
