Error code after install on steam. error code 0

I downloaded the game on steam and when attempting to start it up an error appears that says:

error  excepted indentifier, string or number

code 0

then lists a url.

after this it asks if i want to continue running scripts on this page. i clicked both yes and no after reinstalling the game several times.

I don't know what to do!
