Error occurring when entering code

Question

Hi, I really need some help here! I brought Sims 3 University online a day ago and when I came to enter the code it came up with an error..Each time I enter the correct code it comes with an error!! It's really frustrating since I just wanna play the game!!!!😕mileymad: Anyway, if anybody has had this problem and knows how to sort it out or anything! I will be super grateful! Thanks xxxxxxxxxxx

Have you installed Origin on your computer yet? If not then you need to install it. http://www.origin.com/download After you install it, open in and log into your account. When it opens, your My Games will be on the main page.
