Exchange Pets doesn't show

Hi.

I'm literally desperate, I've searched everywhere on the web and can't find any answerers.

I've downloaded a few horses from the Sims 3 exchange site and they all work fine to install, but doesn't show up in he game! The coats are there, the bridles, and everything but not the HORSES / BREEDS. It's driving me crazy.

Would be so thankful for help.

    Do they still show as installed when you re-start the launcher ?

    I've never installed a pet myself but did you check the library bin as well as CAS ?
