Expansion Pack has Disappeared from my EA Account

    Hi there @NikaMaree91 

    If World Adventures isn't showing for you, that sounds like you redeemed your code for this pack on a different EA account than the one you're currently logged in with. In order to access this pack or get it moved over to your current EA account, you'd need to try and locate that original EA account where the code was redeemed to. 

    This is something you'll need to reach back to out live support for- here on AHQ, we aren't able to look into your specific account details to try and locate that other account. If you can find your code for this pack, you can provide that to live support and they can find the account it's currently linked with. Please reach back out to live support for help with your accounts here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/using-ea-help/
