Expansion Packs not showing

My expansions are not showing in the Sims 3 launcher, so I'm not able to play them. 

I contacted EA and had online assistance but they couldn't help me. I tried deleting the game, the EA app and the cache en reïnstal everything but it didn't work. They tried changing things in my app but it didn't work either. The only help they could give my now was reporting this issue here and wait...
