@w6u25dwnxpwn Please list the packs you bought. Please also post a screenshot of the "new content ready for install" message. And let me know whether the EA App lists those packs as "installed" under Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
The launcher doesn't list packs you've installed in the Mac versions of Sims 3. But they of course should load in-game.
