I am going to assume that I am going to need to contact customer support but I thought it'd be worth a shot to see if my problem is simpler than that.
In 2011 I purchased several games from the UK and I registered them online through the sims3.com site. I did that with all my games. Just recently my computer died and I needed to reinstall all those games... only I left the actual games in the UK when I returned to the US.
I did a bit of research and discovered that I could play my games through origin and when I downloaded it, I was pleasantly surprised to see a couple of the games I had purchased had transffered over. Some, not all.
I tried to install them using their product code and the error message I am receiving says that the game codes have already been redeemed.
I have logged out and logged back in and though the EA site shows that I have redeemed these games, they still do not all appear in my list of Origin games.
as of right now, all the games are working perfectly, I would just like to be able to download the ones for which I no longer have the disks.
