EA sucks when it comes to this. I told them my BF4 code had already been used by someone else and they just kept asking me contact the retailer, as if their system was hackproof.
There is a chance that our codes were unlucky enough to have been used but yet they are not being responsible here.
Did you buy the game with an autorized seller ? Did you contact the seller ?
Buy the DVD next time. You can redeem that at Origin as well so you can start playing with the DVD and then when it's less busy, uninstall the EP and download from the Origin
I bought and registered the "Dragon Valley" DVD 3 months ago. It shows as registered and the Celtic Fair etc have downloaded OK. But when I try to download the world and play it it says update your game. My game is on auto update. And had just been updated.
This error is something about the entitlement not being recognized properly. Try deleting the current download and re-download it (make sure you're logged in in the launcher)
