My game freezes at the same sim time (around 11am). I saved the game at 10:50am, that only gives me 10 sim minuets to play the game before it freezes. I've tried resetting the whole town, but that didn't help. I updated my mods to the latest patch, but that didn't help. I've tried playing without mods but that didn't help either.
When the game freezes the plumbob will continue spinning and other effects like that will keep going, but the clock and my sims will be frozen, and they stay frozen indefinitely. I left the game running for 6 real time hours and it was still frozen when I came back. My game had kind of lagged and frozen for few seconds before, but it wasn't until after I installed Into the Future that the freezing started.
The family in question is in the Island Paradise neighborhood. I resolved this issue once by saving the family in the library and starting a new neighborhood with them, but that lost all the relationships and hidden islands she had discovered, so I don't want to move the family again.

This is weird, but I think it is the papergirl. I did a test and added her to my family when she was dropping off the newspaper. She continued to leave the lot and I followed her to an uncharted island where she dissapeared in the fog. I asked her to come home and she eventually returned to my house and I had a lag-free game for a full 24sim hours. Then of course, the game spawned a new papergirl and the lagging started again.
