Help me EA !!!!! I spent 30 pounds on buying Sims 3 n now I lost the serial number and it is not installed on my new computer ! I still have the DVD that has a different code on it but its not the serial number can this help u identify my serial number? What is the email address for EA ?
Do you still have your pamphlet? Because in it you get contact details for certain countries in case of your game being damaged etc.
You can contact EA on this website though. Why don't you just do that?
Hey Crinric I know you don't work for EA but I got my game in a charity shop and I just put the code in and it says that the code has been used so the guy or girl never unistalled the game, is there anything I can do? Would EA help?
sadly not much can be done about it if the game was bought 2nd hand/used the code/s will be tied to the original persons account and are non transferable nor can they be re-registered to another account

you could contact them and see if you could buy a code from them cheapish or just wait for a sale on Origin
It's not about if the person uninstalled their game. If it's registered on their account, then you can't register it.
If it's the old version, you can go ahead and install without registering, if not, you're out of luck.
You can contact EA and explain the situation but I doubt they'll be able to help.
