Game code already redeemed
Hi,
I am currently migrating from Origin to EA Launcher but found that most of my Sims 3 expansion packs do not show up, despite owning the games in physical copy. If I try to redeem the code, the launcher gives me the message that the code has already been used. This is true, but I only used it to install it using the physical disc way back when. Does this mean I cannot play the expansion packs I own just because I redeemed their codes once already?

If your expansions are missing, it sounds like you may be logging into a different account than the one those expansions were originally registered to. This isn't something we'd be able to look into over AHQ with you as we don't have access to your account details, but the live support team can review your game codes and help you locate which account you need to be signing in with.
