Try updating your graphic drivers. Yours are from 2009. Not sure if there are any newer ones but make sure there aren't.
In your case it might be an overheating issue as stated in your other thread.
i also think it might be an overheating issue but it has done it since iv owned the laptop. is there anything i can do?

Try downloading a program to monitor the temperature. If it really does get very hot it's best to clean out the fans and if you can, get a cooling pad or something that helps with lowering the temperature.

I know longer think that it is the temperature i was just playing with an ice pack on my computer and it still happened. This has also happened since i 1st got my computer.

Someone please help me. I have spent hundreds on sims products, im starting to get really upset about it not working on my computer. No signs point it being to the computer itself. Please give me a contact number, I want to speek with someone on the phone.
