you might still have some bad CC in there check this thread to see what to do http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/234888.page
also check the electronicsarts/thesims3/CurrentGame.sims3 if there are any files in there delete them as they will also preven your game from saving once one saves and quits that folder empties it's self but if a save was bad or error code the files get left in there so they need to be deleted
once you find all the bad CC delete the cach files go to electronic arts/the sims 3/
•CasPartCache.package
•compositorCache.package
•scriptCache.package
•simCompositorCache.package
•socialCache.package.package
it's safe to delete these files as a new ones will regenerate

I couldn't find any files. I tryed to do what the forums say but the game still crashes. Are there any other ways besides unistalling and then reinstalling the game?
Please post the exact error you get. Is your computer a pc or mac?
