Game deleated but why?

Somebody help!! My game has just deleted! why? I had the Sims 3 starter pack and have had for about four months now. I had used my game yesterday and day before that and was fine. Today however when I clicked on the sims 3 app and logged onto origin i looked at the my games section and it said i had none! I want to play my game so please help!!!! I still have my receipt and for EA i think this is just unacceptable.

    If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

    • Restart Origin
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
    • Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router/modem,
    • Get in touch with a game advisor.

    4. Click on the orange NEXT button
    5. Select a topic and describe your problem in a few words
    6. Click on the orange NEXT button
