Game doesn’t show in library

Hello, I’ve had Origin key for The Sims 3 and i’ve redeemed it through the EA app. The game started downloading and eventually stopped. After that it didn’t show anywhere in library. Searching in store showed me only option to buy it. Using code second time told me that I’ve already used it. Is there any troubleshooting to this?
