Game Freezing in Create a Sim (Supernatural)

Hello All, I purchased Supernatural two days ago and it loads fine and when I go to "Create a Sim" it will work for about 10-15 minutes and then freezes. Sometimes the screen goes black and sometime...

    The problem is that every EP and patch you add, adds new functionality to the game to the point where a chip that is below specs will no longer run the game.

    1.39 did that to a lot of computers with the chip you have.

I was finally able to try the game again. I lowered the graphics as much as I could and it didn't make a difference. It still froze at the same time. I am only having this problem with Supernatural. I was able to play Showtime with no issue, it's just Supernatural. =/
