Game Play.
When I play Sims 3 it loads successfully but then during game play, none of the graphics will load. It freezes, flashes my laptop screen black and shuts my laptop down and comes up with this message....

This DXDiag is a little harder to read the way it's posted. In general it looks like a better computer with more power to play pets. Im unsure of your video card. There is a helper on here that can read the DxDiag really well but they are not on right now. I would say try installing on this computer, see what happens in the meantime and one of the other helpers who can read this DxDiag will let you know if anything on your computer needs to be updated.
So for now should I uninstall Pets on my laptop and just play Sims 3 with no expansion packs?
I would on your laptop and see how just the base game plays. on your other computer it seems powerful enough to run pets Im just not sure about your video card.
