Ive installed The Sims 3 through my moms CD's, they are installed on my computer, but not on the EA platform. It showed that i need to install Origin, but that doenst exist anymore. Talked to 4 people from the support, and the last on replied "Seems like this is a bug issue...there are no issue in the account and it seems the issue from the server". Anyone else with the same problem?
You can try registering the games in your EA account. If that doesn't work, check the Sims 3 page, it should work there.
4g03k6vrju4x I don't know exactly what the EA support rep told you, but you specifically need the codes for this content to be attached to your EA account. If your disc requires Origin, that means it actually requires the EA App, and the EA App won't let you play with this content unless it's owned within your EA account. That's just how the App works.
If your mother never registered these codes, you can do so now. If she did register them, then only the account she used at that time can play with this content.
