Games not installing onto Mac after following back up steps, nothing working.

@jadekyraa Which games are not installing? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot. Please also list the full specs of your Mac, including operating system, as described here:
@puzzlezaddict And also keep in mind, everything ti displays as further steps, I have done and checked multiple times so no sure why this isn't downloading other than the fact that maybe my laptop isn't compatible with this game
