Get a blank error message

It would be nice to know what this error is and how to fix it. I really want to get seasons but if it's not going to work, I can't. My computer is more than qualified. The last expansion is Showtime and I have all the expansions except supernatural and world adventures. The game hasn't worked since August after a patch. I've tried going back and uninstalling everything but it just won't work.
