Give me my games back! ... please

Yesterday I  downloaded the Sims 3 and my expansions on the EA app on my new Macbook. I am using the exact same EA account as the one I would normally use on my Windows PC. However, 3 packs are missing. This seems to be the case with every similar case I've read - 3 packs. But the packs that are missing are different for each person, but there seems to be a common theme with 3. But anyway, the games are all present and correct when I use Windows, and I can play them fine, but EA Help refused to activate the Mac version of Sims 3 Late Night and Sims 3 Pets. They were able to access Island Paradise for me, which means I'm down to 2. But they're two of the best ones!

Is anyone else having this problem? Why, when I can clearly prove I own the games, will they not let me play them on Mac??

    Annarubanana​  I have no way to view your account details, so I'd have to go by what you report.  What is EA customer support saying about your missing content?  Are you currently able to use them in Windows, or are you saying you used to play in Windows and the packs were present but now they're not on your Mac?

    If you currently have the Windows entitlements for all your packs available on the same account, you should also have the Mac entitlements available on that account.  But I can't tell from your comment whether that is in fact the case.
