Annarubanana I have no way to view your account details, so I'd have to go by what you report. What is EA customer support saying about your missing content? Are you currently able to use them in Windows, or are you saying you used to play in Windows and the packs were present but now they're not on your Mac?
If you currently have the Windows entitlements for all your packs available on the same account, you should also have the Mac entitlements available on that account. But I can't tell from your comment whether that is in fact the case.
