Re: [Current Issue] Sims 3 "serious error" when loading save

Whenever I try and open any world it tells me "A serious error has occurred while loading 'XXXXX.world'. It is strongly recommended that you restart the application" 

I tried movie the app to desktop and it asks to run as admin, no matter what I put however it keeps saying its running somewhere else.

I just wanna play my childhood game  :(

    Additional context, got and downloaded from game pass, downloaded everything correctly. only using the basic world and city. I haven't bought or downloaded anything else
