Grass on lot "spills" onto road

Is this a custom world or an EA world? I ask because I've only seen this glitch in custom worlds. 

Also, are you only having this glitch with this particular lot or other lots? 

I have been playing The Sims 3 for many year now and I have had this problem from the start.

I obtained my DVD during 2012 and it was not until 2016 that I got online and started to use the internet.

For nearly 4 years I was using the DVD installation and I am still doing so.  This problem is not just for custom worlds and it is quite a common problem otherwise there would have been no need for anyone to write mods to try and rectify it.

I have tried a couple of mods but non of them work practically well, (at least not for me).  However, I did find a world replacement for Sunset Valley which although does not cure the problem completely it does work to a great extent.

Unfortunately I can't remember who wrote this replacement world.
