Hardly any lag: rebuilt ALL the houses in IP! worked for 14 of us so far ;) 2 negative

:-) Yay!
I would keep a small list of things you see in your first playthrough, Alessar.
That way you can do the most urgent repairs in a fresh town and save that.
Saves you a lot of work :!:
