Having trouble downloading the *free packs from the Sims 3 register rewards.

I can download anything and everything from the Sims 3 store, but when I go to download the *free packs from the game registration awards it wont queue up for my downloader. Anyone have any answers?

    Okay found my problem, there was the Sendori browser item, that was screwing with my browser, and clickables.  I dont even remember downloading the Sendori item.  So to all Simmers, don't use the Sendori program, it messes with the downloads.

Everything else works ? Did you try changing browsers ? Are you getting any error message ?

    Seems to be adware. Do you have a good adware/malware/virus protection ?

      I use the Microsoft Essentials, for the protection on my PC.

        I would consider downloading malware bytes and do a scan with that (it's free).

        You don't need to run it all the time but scanning with it from time to time is a good idea.
