@idlsktn and @NinaHernandez Your order history will also list any purchases from the Sims 3 Store, so please make sure that's not what you're seeing.
If these entries are in fact for your packs, you can contact EA customer support and ask them to look up the order numbers. Alternately, you can supply the codes from the discs. @idlsktn Try searching for the codes in your computer's registry:

@NinaHernandez I would suggest taking a photo for each missing pack showing the disc, its case, and the code (clearly readable). You can upload these when you submit the help request.
