Georgiapeach8 Do you use any custom content at all, and if so, does it help to remove it? Sometimes bad cc can attach to an infant or toddler and cause crashing issues.
If you don't use cc, or removing it doesn't help, try evicting the household and placing them back. As long as you do it in one Edit Town session, without saving and replacing the sims, they'll keep their jobs and relationships, but lose their promised wishes and opportunities. You don't have to save your progress.
Taking out CC hasn't done anything unfortunately. And even worse, evicting them makes the game crash :/
