Help I canot redeem my 1000 free simpoints
hello, i am having trouble thrying to register my game so i can have 1000 free simpoints, everytime i put the serial code in, it says the code is invalid, someone please help me !!!!!

You should contact EA's customer support so that they'll give you a new code: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
Scroll down the page to the bottom, on the right side choose your country, then scroll back up and fill in the steps, you'll be given ways to contact them for help: a message, live chat or phone number (depending on what country you're in).
