@GlitchGirl1982 There's a specific account recovery process that has rules and procedures, and it's distinct from asking for general help. Not that the general support reps can't walk you through it, but it sounds like that's not what they're doing here. So if you want to try again, request that process and see where it leads you. This does require you to know enough about the account details to prove ownership, but it's worth a shot.
For your old email provider, do they still own their domain? If not, you could rent it for a few days, set up a generic email service (I'm sure there are free bare-bones examples online), issue yourself your old email, and use that to switch your account to a new email. This of course only works if you can rent the domain, but it's worth mentioning.
I’m getting the runaround. I never get and email back from the same person and one called himself my EA advisor and gave me a security code to prove who I was and then when I did I got a response from someone completely different who said they couldn’t help me. I don’t know if one is actually helping and the other is a bot response or they just give me a little hope and then come back and say “nope can’t help tough luck” UGH!
