Help ... no registration code

Hey :-) I need some help or advice.... I got the supernatural pack this morning but it has no registration code, is there a way to get one or do I need to return the disk to the shop for an exchange? The code is usually on the maual but there was no manual in the case when i took the seal off. Thankyou.
