Help Transferring Games to New Computer

Try this if your game is link to Origin,

All you have to do is, install Origin (http://www.origin.com/download) and then click on Install for Game in your "My Games" list in Origin. It's really that simple
There is no need to redeem your product code again (and as you've seen it's not possible since the code is already tied to your Origin account).
Alternatively, if you've copied the whole game folder to your new computer, open Origin and hit Repair Install for Battlefield 3 (available via a right-click on game l). It should detect all the files instead of downloading them again.

Hi, thanks for your help, I was able to access the origin application and see all of my registered games are there for download. However it says that in order to download Supernatural/Seasons I will need to re-install my sims 3 base game using the dl version rather than the disc version I currently have installed. Will I need to replace all my eps with the dl versions or just the base game? Thanks!

  Hi, thank you so much for the link, it was very helpful.
  Unfortunately I am having an entirely new issue with my game now. I cannot open my game due to the "Version 0.0.0.0" error. I read the EA solutions thread for this issue and tried both their methods twice. I suppose that I will start a new thread to address that. Thanks to both of you for your help! Although I don't know that I ever got Seasons/Supernatural transferred properly as my game stopped working before I could try them out. ☹️ I guess I will try again after I get this version error sorted out.
